To find out whether CE can help you or your loved one, send your enquiry to info@abiliteaplace.co.uk to book a free assessment.
An initial assessment is a great opportunity to find out more about CE, more specifically for your questions. It is also an important first step where the conductor will ask many questions to find out about the individual you enquire for, as well as will complete a physical assessment. This will include to look at different positions, assess muscle tones and posture, coordination, fine-motor skills, communication and maybe a few problem-solving challenges (at an age-appropriate level).
At the end of the assessment the conductor will tell if CE will most likely benefit your child/you and will also recommend what goals to work towards if commit to CE.
On the assessment the conductor will discuss with you whether a group or an individual session will be offered and talk about how a CE session looks like.
